Driving Under the Influence (DUI) doesn't just mean under the influence of alcohol but includes marijuana, illegal drugs and prescription drugs.  Just because you are prescribed a drug legally doe not mean you can legally drive while using this medication.  Mixing meds or combining with alcohol can cause severe impairments.
